Scaling Beyond WhatsApp-Led Transactions

Bitselah’s customer transaction flow relied predominantly on WhatsApp and other social media platforms. While this supported the business initially, the model created limitations as transaction activity grew

The existing process made it harder to provide customers with a structured experience for conducting cryptocurrency and gift-card transactions, receiving transaction updates and managing their activity through a dedicated account.

Bitselah needed a platform that could support its transaction process in a more organised and scalable way while giving customers clearer tools for trading, payout confirmation and dispute management.
