The Challenge
Giving Customers Direct Digital Access to GUO’s Transport Services
GUO Logistics had built an established transport and logistics operation, but customers did not have a customized mobile application through which they could access its services directly.
This limited the company’s ability to offer the kind of digital customer experience increasingly available from other major transportation and logistics providers.
GUO needed a product that could make its services accessible through mobile devices while connecting with the business systems already supporting its operations.
The solution also needed to give internal teams a central environment for managing the operational activity behind customer bookings and trips.
